Waivers are to be signed prior to riding.
We require credit card information for reservation purposes.
We accept cash, e-transfer, master card and visa the day of the ride or lesson. We do not accept debit cards.

WHAT TO BRING:

Boots with a riding heel
Jacket and/or raincoat
Riding Helmet (these are mandatory and supplied but please bring your own if you wish)
Water & Snacks
Camera

NOTE: We do have a weight limit of 245 lbs/110 kg. This weight limit works on a sliding scale and is based upon weight to height ratio.

NOTE: The Ranch is located at 4700 feet/1500 meters in the mountains, so the weather can quickly change. We recommend clothing that can be layered.

NOTE: For liability reasons, we ask our guests to not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hour notice to cancel a reservation and a fee of $30.00 is charged for administration purposes.

NOTE: Any parties that do not show up for their scheduled ride or lesson and have not cancelled their booking will have the full amount deducted from their credit card.
